Subscription & Billing Policy

This policy describes the general billing framework for Business OS subscriptions and services.

Subscriptions

Paid access is governed by the selected Business OS plan, agreed billing period and applicable commercial terms.

Payment

Customers may be able to make payments through their Business OS account using available payment methods. Authorized Business OS personnel may also assist with payment processing or recording where appropriate.

Renewal

Recurring subscriptions may renew according to the applicable plan or agreement unless cancelled or otherwise changed.

Failed or Outstanding Payments

Business OS may notify customers of outstanding amounts and may restrict services in accordance with applicable subscription terms.

Payment Providers

Electronic payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Availability depends on configured payment services and applicable provider requirements.
